Each card has a set of comments. Comments can be used to help the card host improve their card, or to discuss ways to improve the thing the card describes.
The card host can choose to highlight a subset of comments (including replies), to draw attention to them.
Other top-level comments are clustered by the person who wrote them. This allows each person to vent as much as they like without crowding out others, and makes it easy to get a bird-eye view of what everyone is thinking.
A comment can be semi-anonymous which hides your identity from everyone except the card owner.
